Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Ki Design Decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
